Maria takes care of Irimia who recovers at the moment from an unfortunate fall while working in the garden. (Part of my ongoing ethnographic/documentary photographic project, ' Dying Hands: Touching the Glory ')
Although it is hard to maintain a dynamic little farm when you are over 80's, Maria and Irimia cannot change the way in which they lived for all their lives. Chicken and rabbits are still part of their household as well as the vegetables garden.
